Her coordination with the Fitness Supervisor ensures seamless operations as she manages staff schedules and facility maintenance. Mercy maintains inventory control, handles member inquiries professionally, and implements streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency. She develops budget reports, manages payroll, and ensures compliance with regulations while executing member retention strategies and maintaining vendor relationships.
Mrs. Jesca Ndirangu – Marketing and Human Resource Coordinator
As the Marketing and Human Resource Coordinator, Mrs. Ndirangu oversees all recruitment processes, staff development initiatives, and employee relations at Ruiru Gym. She designs and implements comprehensive marketing strategies, manages social media platforms, and coordinates promotional events to attract new members. Her role includes conducting performance evaluations, handling employee concerns, organizing staff training programs, and maintaining employment records. She collaborates with management to develop retention strategies, creates engaging content for marketing materials, and ensures compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, she coordinates wellness programs and maintains positive relationships with local businesses for potential partnerships.
Mr. Boniface Odhiambo β Physical Training Instructor
As Physical Training Instructor, Mr. Odhiambo provides expert guidance in exercise techniques and develops customized workout programs for members of varying fitness levels. He conducts detailed fitness assessments, monitors progress, and adjusts training plans accordingly. His responsibilities include leading dynamic group exercise classes, demonstrating proper form for all exercises, and providing motivational support to help members achieve their fitness goals. Mr. Eric Karanja – Fitness Operations Supervisor
As Fitness Operations Supervisor, Mr. Karanja leads comprehensive physical training programs, specializing in both cardiovascular and strength exercises.
